Buyer will be issued a gift card for the order minus the original shipping fee for returns.

Because our inventory changes so quickly we do not offer exchanges only returns.

Buyer is responsible for reshipment charges on packages that have been returned to due to incorrect shipping address.

The item you are returning must meet all of the following guidelines:

Customer is responsible for the shipping return back to us, Customer can pay for us to create a return shipping label for them. Please email us to do so at countryshine2021@gmail.com.

Must be unworn, free of makeup, deoderant, or animal hair, and undamaged.
